About Ezichi Okoroafor
Ezichi Okoroafor is a Strategy Execution Leader, Transformation Architect, Systems Thinker, and Design Strategist with over 12 years of experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, process architectures, and technology-enabled solutions that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
Throughout her career, she has led high-impact transformation initiatives across highly regulated sectors including government, oil and gas, technology, and professional services, improving operational efficiency, establishing robust governance frameworks, and establishing management systems.
She has also led enterprise-wide process optimisation initiatives involving thousands of cross-functional business processes to standardise processes and establish automation readiness for enterprise clients.
More recently, she has been architecting AI-enabled enterprise software platforms that enable organisations to deliver transformation initiatives more effectively, improve decision-making, and achieve better operational outcomes.
In addition to her consulting work, Ezichi has served on boards and governance committees, providing strategic oversight and contributing to decision-making on organisational performance, business transformation, and technology governance.
Outside of her professional work, Ezichi enjoys drawing and painting architectural and landscape subjects, a practice that reflects her appreciation for structure, design, and the interplay between detail and the bigger picture.
